5. Waitlist and email signup (double opt-in)
The BodyBack waitlist uses a double opt-in process. After entering your email address, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your signup. Only after this confirmation will you be added to the active waitlist. This process helps ensure that no one signs up using someone else's email address.
6. Use of Brevo
We use Brevo to manage the email waitlist and to send emails. The provider is Brevo GmbH (formerly Sendinblue GmbH), Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. Brevo processes the data you provide on our behalf in order to manage the waitlist and send emails. Where required, a data processing agreement is concluded with Brevo. 7. Hosting and technical delivery of the website
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the website, technically necessary data may be processed, including:
